Annette Tauala is a Regional Manager who oversees IECPSC Northern California Portfolio. Her diverse portfolio spans from Monterey County, throughout Silicon Valley, and up to Napa County. She has tenure in the industry with over 27 years in Property Management. She has managed all operational aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, lease up communities through stabilization, and bond assets . Prior to IECPSC, Annette’s experience comes by way of working at major institutional players; Essex Property Trust, Shea Properties, Irvine Company, and Equity Residential. Annette is a firm believer and practitioner of Zig Ziglar’s quote, “You don’t build a business, you build people, then people build the business.” Her focus has always been on recruiting and building great teams. Annette is currently working on her CPM Certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Annette is also an awarded Tahitian costume designer and an avid crafter; when Covid hit, she made 1000 cloth masks and distributed them to anyone who needed them and shipped them out for free. She enjoys volunteering for non-profits and is the Chairperson for her church’s monthly food bank. She and her daughter also make care kits annually for Next Door Solutions, a non-profit agency who supports victims of domestic violence. Annette loves to travel to Hawaii, Samoa, and Tahiti, what she considers home away from home. She takes nothing for granted and lives every day with gratitude.

As a regional manager with over 27 years of experience in the property management industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. My proven track record of consistent performance in areas such as budgetary control, client liaison, operational management, preventive maintenance plans, and revenue growth speaks for itself.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am an avid music fanatic and dancer who enjoys pushing myself to learn new things. I also take pleasure in attending sports events and cheering on my favorite teams. Additionally, I am actively involved in my community as a volunteer for AYSO Soccer and my local community high school.

My passion for property management, combined with my dedication to staying active and engaged in my personal life and community, has given me a unique perspective and a range of skills that I bring to every aspect of my work. I look forward to continuing to lead my team to success and exceed the expectations of our valued clients.

Devin brings over seven years of industry experience to the organization, with focuses including but not limited to value add, new development/lease-up, affordable, and mixed-use assets. Devin has an innovative mindset, tireless work ethic and attention to detail. Devin has received his ARM certification and is a CPM candidate. He is heavily involved with his local chapter and was previously recognized with a 30-under-30 award through IREM. His consistent dedication to his residents, team, and investors resonates throughout his work

Misty is a seasoned Operations Specialist with over a decade of experience in Property Management. Starting as a Leasing Consultant, she swiftly rose to the role of Assistant Manager. Currently overseeing the IECPSC California Portfolio, her responsibilities encompass collections, robust support for Property Management, meticulous audits, and thorough and engaging training for new hires and assistant managers.

Throughout her distinguished career, Misty consistently achieved outstanding results, notably reducing delinquency rates from 5.6% to a remarkable 0.36%. She maintained delinquency under 1% while sustaining an impressive occupancy rate of 95% or higher. Recognized with IECPSC's Integrity Award for two consecutive years, Misty made lasting contributions to industry leaders like Greystar, Alliance Residential, and Sares-Regis.

Beyond her professional life, Misty passionately pursues photography, embraces nature, and embarks on family adventures. She channels her artistic talent and creativity into holiday decor and home improvement projects alongside her husband while also being a dedicated mother to three children: Antonio, who serves in the US Army, Aden, a high school football player, and Evana, a youth soccer player and gymnast. Misty's natural dedication to detail and commitment to client service establishes her as an invaluable asset to every organization she collaborates with.

Henry Wong is a seasoned professional with a 17-year background in property management and learning and development. He leverages his extensive experience in his current role where he develops and nurtures talent, spearheads innovating marketing strategies and supports a variety of systems. Henry's approach is deeply rooted in service, consistently aiming to meet the needs of his internal customers with purpose-driven deliverables and an unwavering commitment to deliver results. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Henry's life is fueled by his role as a devoted father to his daughter and son. His passion for family is paralleled by his love for motorcycles, which offers him a sense of freedom and adventure. He cherishes the time spent with his children, whether it's watching anime, enjoying the latest TV shows and movies, or indulging in friendly competition over games of Monopoly, Uno, and various video games. 

Kelly Tang, CPM is the President of Property Services Corp., overseeing the organization's portfolio of value-add multifamily units located in supply constrained, high demand markets within California and Washington. Kelly has overseen over 29,000 units and 2.5M+ SF of commercial space in his 20+ year career in real estate and he is actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management ("IREM") serving as the Chair of the National Ethics Committee, Vice Chair of the National Ethics Appeal Board, and Faculty Instructor.

Additionally, Kelly has been involved with several projects with industry wide impact – CPM job analysis, co-editor of the 18th Edition of Principles of Real Estate Management, Co-Chair of the National Instructor Symposium and Contributing Editor for ETH800 - Ethics for Real Estate Management. In his free time, Kelly loves spending quality time with his family, coaching soccer, running, reading and enjoying everything this amazing world has to offer.
